Love the Mission but not everyone lives by it

Pros

-the mission One Fight, One Team -great products and technology -many great, skilled and hardworking people -growth has been amazing and forecast looks solid

Cons

-director did not live by the mission of One Fight, One Team. Constantly, talked negatively about others especially the new CMO, too many zoom (lots of unscheduled) meetings, abused Slack as a time clock despite everyone being exempt, lacked vision for the team, and focused more on documenting everything little thing in an email than development of team. -VP was very hands off and missed opportunity to address team departures and coaching of team leader -Inconsistency in the strategy and direction of programs. Wasting so much time which caused tight timelines -Lots of recent departures that impact day to day, programs etc.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We're glad you connected with our mission and values, your teammates and the product, but we never like hearing that your experience here wasn't entirely positive. We're sorry you felt the leadership and recent departures on your team impacted your day-to-day and we appreciate your comments on upward feedback in performance reviews. We will pass this feedback along to the team.
