-director did not live by the mission of One Fight, One Team. Constantly, talked negatively about others especially the new CMO, too many zoom (lots of unscheduled) meetings, abused Slack as a time clock despite everyone being exempt, lacked vision for the team, and focused more on documenting everything little thing in an email than development of team.
-VP was very hands off and missed opportunity to address team departures and coaching of team leader
-Inconsistency in the strategy and direction of programs. Wasting so much time which caused tight timelines
-Lots of recent departures that impact day to day, programs etc.
