      Pros

      - Personal experience is that CrowdStrike has an amazing culture; super inclusive and everyone is valued. - No superiority. You can approach and speak to VP's; Directors; Individual Contributors freely with no judgement. - Regular check-ins/1:1's to check how you are and EAP service for if you are struggling. - Frequent pay reviews. - Opportunities to develop.

      Cons

      - None for now. CrowdStrike values; listens and assists their employees in times of need and when approached for help. Internally it is very transparent and communicative.
