Pros

Best part is the stock compensation policy here.

Cons

Worst is that fixed CTC doesn't increase as expected due to stock compensation which is non-negotiable while switching to a non-listed company.

Pros

Very generous compensation and benefits/perks. People are nice and motivated.

Cons

Poor onboarding experience, multiple salary and title changes after signing offer. Working overtime is expected due to endless backlog of tickets and poor project management.

Thank you for your comments. We're very glad to hear you liked the culture and your teammates. And as important as it is to feel satisfied with your salary and benefits, we never like hearing you had a poor onboarding experience and felt you worked too many hours overall. We are always striving to create a balanced working environment for our people, and good PMing is an important part of that. We'll continue to do our best to cultivate a supportive culture and push for a fair work-life balance among all of our people.
