Poor UK leadership, they waste the talent that they have. You are treated like a number, not like a valued employee.

Not worth wasting your time

Pros

- Decent office and facilities - The interview process is easy to crack - Offshore travel

Cons

- Not sure why they ever opened this India center. Employees here are treated like 2nd country citizens. The work coming to India is mostly what no body else wants to do. - Leadership seems to be confused and they don't know what they plan to do with this center. - Attrition rate is so high. In fact lot of people were forced to leave. Environment is scary. You never know what is going to happen next.

Management is the biggest issue

Pros

Coworkers are all helpful. The teams do tend to help each other out to support the role. They do give you the resources you need to get the job done. A big pro is I learned what not to do as a manager.

Cons

Management is a mess. I was promoted without extra pay, then demoted back to my original position. I was then offered the promotion again. They then gave me 6 months of silence on the promotion. I eventually declined and left the company. Management lies about everything here. They take way too much time off. They have no real interest in their employees’ goals or success, well being, and day to day tasks. They also ask way too much of you and it doesn’t even matter if you do what they ask since they’re not even around to check on you.
