Engineering teams in israal plays very dirty politics. Their head RB hires and promotes only hebreew speakers. Need a fresh leader here.

- decent salary in theory if you negotiate hard, big salary difference across individuals - looks good on CV - SDR's get promoted, because so many are leaving

Cons

- entire leadership has left - New Management is from Salesforce and bringing in their old crew (middle management and field) - It's CrowdForce now - nobody hitting target - insane churn - Pushing back into the office (3+) - Toxic masculinity culture combined with favouritism
