Pros

Remote (but sounds like that's ending soon) Experience is dependent on your team and manager still the best cybersecurity vendor available for enterprise solutions

Cons

- Obsessed with hitting KPIs no matter what - Sr eng management will berate you in front of everyone on team calls - travel has been minimal last couple of years; I spent two years with my team and never met them - CEO is too busy with race cars - european salaries are peanuts compared to American - you can live in some random tiny town in Idaho and make more money than if you lived in an expensive European capital - 2 years and I can't recall ever speaking to a woman or black person. diversity is very skewed.
