Pros

The threat hunting technology was excellent. The marketing budget is huge.

Cons

There is a huge clique, many of the original staff have been replaced by the incoming senior management with their buddies who have a terrible attitude. They try and wangle out of paying commission and will enforce deductions as deals need to compensate the friends of management.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. CrowdStrike strongly encourages referrals within the company, however, we maintain a rigorous hiring process and I can assure you that hiring decisions are never based on a candidate’s status as a “friend of management.” “Our talent team does their due diligence with each hire to ensure the best possible candidate is placed into each open position. We are sorry your experience with us was not as positive as you had hoped but we wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

Pros

Brand recognition and end point protection

Cons

No people strategy; no training resources. Five weeks overdue making promotion and merit increase decision while executives reap huge bonuses and RSU increases in mid-Jul. HR department is worst in class. Resources constrained to support racing program and nonsense. Zero resources for travel or opportunities to achieve CPEs to sustain certs. Very much a good ole boy culture. Outside views unwelcome. Very much a product focused, technology driven culture.

Pros

Company is awesome for work Very good stocks Culture is good

Cons

I want to highlight one point which is ruining the crow strike hiring process. There is E2E QA team in Pune where hiring for QA is solely depends on two person, one is manager and one is VV. -- VV is hiring only those who are his friends from previous company. -- If any other candidates resume got shortlisted for interview then he intentionally rejects the candidate. -- Now hiring is freezes but still his 2 friends are already shortlisted for interview when rack will open. -- No chance of hiring the candidate who is not the friend of VV.
