Great Egg team, collaboration but ver poor middle management

Competitive Pay Good RSUs Fully Remote work Engineering team is very good. Amazing collaboration and wants to do the right things. Successful product

Cons

- Micro management at people manager level at product team level (Its my way or the High way) - Throws lot of jargons around - Trust, empowerment etc, but wants to control the ICs by micro management - Lack of innovation on Product team - Product team leadership - talks to only their peers and their reportees. Very Hierarchical. - Layoffs are being disguised as firings (of people with no history of poor performance). Its planned well in advance with lot of documentation to establish that you have poor judgement and lack skill.

CS was my first job out of college, and I had no idea had good we had it: - Excelent tech - Practical training (Sandler coaches are superb) - They hire well so most folks are friendly and down to earth The only regret I had with CrowdStrike was leaving
