      I have been working with CrowdStrike for more than a year now and it has been my best experience with the organization CrowdStrike is growing very fast and there are Opportunities for Growth & Development. The Finance Leadership Team (India & US) is very supportive. The best part is they invest in you for your Personal & Professional Development. Employees are valued which shows that they are an asset to the company. The Company & Leadership team is more focused towards development of employees through various learning programs which will help them learn and grow in terms of their Career. You get to work with Top thought leaders who are Smart Collaborative and Willing to share. It’s an opportunity to work with the best leaders who help you Learn & Grow. The India Finance team is growing with more than 100% growth rate and during the current situation also the company is hiring in every direction. In near future Pune Office would be the biggest hub. During the difficult times (COVID) the company did not undergo any restructuring impacting employees Merit cycles and also made sure the employees get what they deserve by Matching the market standards and thinking of individual financial growth. The company is ensuring that the employees are getting all the facilities and equipment’s they need to work from home and also maintain a work-life balance.       Pros

      Company is growing quickly which means there is great opportunity for career advancement. Work life balance is great and very manageable. I feel like I can enjoy life outside of work. Also, the coworkers are amazing. Everyone is super talented, very hard working, and very easy to work with. The cherry on top is I met most of my best friends since moving to Austin through working at CrowdStrike. 2nd Cherry on top: it's great to work in sales for a company that has an outstanding product.

      We're a young company so you have to be willing to accept change that may be quick and sudden (still experiencing some growing pains). We're still laying some of the foundation and groundwork for operations,.
