Great culture, work is different day to day, good work life balance, good pay, amazing managers, upward mobility encouraged

Cons

Have not adjusted for inflation (like most companies), not a real permanent office space right now in Boston

- A great inclusive culture with a lot of opportunities in personal and professional development by an immense offer of trainings. - A strong focus on employees well-being. - Option to work on additional projects cross-team alongside your day-to-day. - A lot of benefits!

Cons

- Career path goes (almost) only one way: Management path - No flexible working hours. - No possibility to work from abroad (outside your country of residency).
