3yThank you for sharing your experience. Though we care to promote a bottom-up approach, we know management is an area of constant improvement. We've been investing in our managers, empowering them with training and learning tools, so they can better support their teams and lead them to success. There are internal resources available if you wish to share your thoughts like the Annual Manager Performance Survey, for example.
