      was a good building but not reachable all the time

      Cons

      the knowledge level is not good. mid-management was not successful.it was hard. to communicacte with peoople all the time.

We've been investing in our managers, empowering them with training and learning tools, so they can better support their teams and lead them to success. There are internal resources available if you wish to share your thoughts like the Annual Manager Performance Survey, for example.
