      Pros

      You will work on a variety of interesting and sensitive projects for household name clients. Initial career prospects are good.

      Cons

      Top of the company is a closed shop of white middle aged men who have been around for decades. Little diversity of thinking, gender, ethnicity and so on.

      Pros

      The work is varied and interesting. The people are diverse and respectful. We are unique in our breadth and depth. We have matured hugely in the 10 years I have been there. We treat people fairly and have a good work life balance.

      Cons

      We need more women at the senior end of the business. We need more structured training and development. We need our Consultants to be selling more than they do currently.
