Pros
1. It (generally) cares about its people 2. It has a client base to die for. 3. It has a strong moral compass and by and large attracts people with high integrity 4. The array of work is fascinating 5. Lots of opportunity to both travel and/or work and live overseas. 6. Tends not to allow prima donnas!
Cons
1. It is going through significant change to achieve its mid-term goals; I am not sure the cultural and structural measures required (and understanding of the ensuing impacts) required to achieve that strategy were identified and subsequent remedies implemented. 2. A disproportionately swollen mid and back office has significantly reduced margins and there is sense of the cart leading the horse. 3. Empower the regions and decentralize some group functions more to those same regions.
