-work 180 days before you get double time pay for working holidays -Training is not adequate for what you are responsible to do for your customers -Must be camera ready daily as they can see you on the computer your working on -You have a dress code even though your working from home -You have a window of hours to work, and your not sure about your schedule until somewhere after your second week of training - probability of feeling inadequate due to lack of understanding and preparedness from training to move forward in your career. May not cater to everyones style of learning as it is fast paced.

Poor non-competitive salary. Employee portion for benefits is high with not great coverage. Employer contribution to 401K is low and doesn't kick in until after 1 year of service. No raises! This is the only company I've ever worked for that does not have a annual merit increase system in place. Unbelievable. As a result of these poor benefits you don't get the most qualified candidates and if you do, they will leave after a short time. Also morale is poor. Lots of overlapping corporate organization with poorly defined roles. Too much focus on financials, not enough focus on both customer and employee satisfaction. Management is too focused up - how can they satisfy the Executives? As opposed to how can I stand up for my employees?
