      To have a job, can’t say more because there is no more and it really gets me frustrated, hope it gets better

      Cons

      Constantly cutting jobs, benefits and having in mind the numbers all the time. People that stay do not receive any incentive besides having more work to do and that does not mean that their job is secure

      potlucks that is about it

      supervisors are not well trained in managing, environment is very unprofessional, co workers are very high school, rules are very unfair also i don't think some are legal, dress code is over the top for it to be a call center, and they are not very flexible if you have kids
