      Pros

      If you do have much education, you are a minority, you will take low pay and love work in a non-professional environment, no raises and treated like a robot, you will get hired.

      Cons

      Low pay training classes are like a circus not professional at all just a half hour for lunch and training test that are very stressful plus not consistent as to what you are taught. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

      Only good reason is, your take home salary will be good and there is no Variable Pay.

      Cons

      There are lot of reasons, Worrest Management Production Support Projects You need to ready to wake up in midnights and fix the issues I never seen such a worrrest management in my carrier of 8 years. Funniest part is, if you are a Manger pet then you will become a Technical Manager in 4 - 5 yrs. No Exit Interview, they don't bother why you are leaving

      Short travel time to office.

      Cons

      Executive management disconnected from employees and has no idea what some of the divisions even do. Cutting costs with no regard to impacts downstream. No raises even for exceeds rated employees. No advancement opportunities especially for women. Not enough staff to get things done so pressure put on employees to take on more and more work. Losing clients and not renewing contracts for other clients. Does not offer career paths or continuing education. Tenured staff leaving as fast as they can. No money spent on infrastructure. Not a pro employee company.
