Challenging place

Pros

Great offices, access to great minds and talent.

Cons

Questionable Executive leadership; lack of transparency, communication during a turbulent time for the company. There have been multiple rounds of lay-offs with little explanation as to how these changes will help and whether they are in fact helping. Very low morale across the company which breeds an unpleasant culture; people are leaving at rapid rate.

Pros

There are no pros. None.

Cons

Toxic atmosphere, manipulative people, office politics, lack of leadership, zero role models, zero direction, zero stability. The worst place I have ever worked in my entire career. Constant layoffs. Constant sense of insecurity. No one is happy. Beware.
