Pros

There are some fantastic people that work at Conde Nast and working with them was a pleasure.

Cons

Getting anything done at CN is an exercise in futility, the layers of approvals and amount of people you have to go through to gain approval on even the most minute of projects is problematic at best. CN has also become a company that doesn't value its employees, people are leaving left and right and nothing is done to retain really good talent. It seems that more emphasis is being put on employees physically being at their desks/in office, than on solving real problems that would help the company run more efficiently and/or more profitably.
