      Always changing, never boring --supportive environment

      Pros

      They are always looking for the next big idea. I have never been told any idea was unachievable quite the contrary. Great benefits, overall very supportive work environment.

      Cons

      Like most work places there are cliques. If you are an "outsider" things can be tough. A lot of promotions have been based on popularity and not necessary how hard someone works. More attention should be paid to career development and inter-company movement.
