Pros

Made a lot of life-long friends here and learned a lot.

Cons

Horrible management (think Devil Wears Prada). Absolutely no room for growth- if you take a job here, expect your salary to never increase. You only see a promotion if you know the right person at the top.

Autocratic, ruthless management style of CPTO Does not value people Diversity & Inclusion is almost non existent now due to CPTO's lack of care. Almost all diverse staff (LGBTQ+) in London office have now left.
