Pros

Some people think working at Conde Nast is prestigious. You'll meet some interesting, maybe famous, people. If you have a strong enough personality you can create the situation you prefer.

Cons

The publishing industry as a whole is unsure of itself. You have to look out for yourself to maintain a work life balance. Benefits could be better.

Pros

Beautiful cafeteria, world renown recognizable brands, sometimes complimentary magazines, and pretty co-workers

Cons

Lots of gossip, lots of politics, girls will throw others under the bus to get to the top, cutthroat personalities especially in advertising sales. Having a brain is not advisable, nor respected...Focus on the outfit!
