Pros

Flexibility with hours since it is an outer office. Great location. Nice people.

Cons

The office is not bery social. Almost everyone that works there is overworked and underpaid. Expectation that you should be working 24/7.

Pros

Smart people at this company. Progressive in terms of their marketing. Fabulous brands to work with. Beautiful building and workplace.

Cons

Management does not excel at actually managing, recognizing and rewarding their talent. There's a lot of red tape and levels of management.

Pros

Smart, idiosyncratic people in a highly charged environment. Great place if you like the unpredictable.

Cons

Best way to know what's going on is by networking with those who know better. Internal communications is poorly managed and after the news breaks.
