Pros

Great perks (products, parties, name recognition), networking opportunities

Cons

Extremely meager and incredibly late payments for freelancer invoices. They rely on a paper mail invoice system instead of a digital one, so invoices can be more than a month late (Read as: not optimal for anyone who pays rent). Also, work/life balance is virtually impossible.
