Lots of (good) changes happening on the digital side. Good time to get in.

Behind the times. Has a lot to catch up on.

Pros

Creative thinkers...there is never a lack for ideas; great brand new building and workspaces, great benefits & perks

Cons

Lack of smart upper management, lack of digital focus & direction, archaic workflows, systems & technology, work/life balance, culture-wise, everyone is out for themselves and some employees tend to be entitled "know it alls" even though they are very junior

Pros

Fun people & work events/perks (i.e. food).

Cons

Ruthless hierarchy with entitled superiors and no room to grow for those starting at the very bottom- unless they play "indentured servant" for 2 plus years. Not a collaborative environment- does not feel like you are all working on the same team together. Feels like you are working for someone, and not in a productive way (e.g. making nail appointments, blow outs etc.).
