Pros

Fantastic brands with a rich history of creating thoughtful content. Great benefits and perks. A lot of pride in the company that trickles down through the company.

Cons

Support for the digital efforts of the brands can vary depending on a lot of factors, from the interest of the editor in chief or publisher to the revenue stream for ads. It makes it difficult to be innovative if you don't have the tech support to build your vision.
