remote, looks good on resume, some cool coworkers

Cons

they will not value you and no path for room for growth, constant layoffs, lots of people who have no clue whats happening, lack of management

Pros

Benefits are good, people in the London office are fantastic.

Cons

Currently going through a lot of restructure and redundancy. Feels very much like your a number and there is little respect from senior leadership for junior employment. Currently it feels like there is no real job security (always has been in the case in the US but now even in the UK). 4 days in the office is enforced poorly, but reprimands are threatened.
