Pros

benefits were pretty good and easy subway access to the officce

Cons

toxic upper management stuck in the 80s. they talk about entry level employees outfits on their lunch breach. nasty people. also uncomfortably woke culture. they dont have shareholders so there is no real drive to improve anything

Pros

Nothing is great in this organisation to call upon.

Cons

Reporting Managers are based out in India only do to Micro Management and blaming you for every good work you do. The managers are never satisfied on the never ending work you do and add time in your calendar only to discuss ways of working. Even if you are unwell and ask to leave half an hour early, the manager is only concerned that you have updated the leave in the system

Pros

Great people who do great work.

Cons

The company and powers that be continue to not listen to employees and make decisions that hinder everyone's ability to do their jobs. The higher ups are out of touch and continuously hide behind emails to enforce their agenda.
