Good engineering and supportive team and leads, co-operative colleagues. Managers are supportive and friendly. Work environment is encouraging.
Cons
Did printing mistake in the offer letter, mistakenly gave the variable pay 20% instead of 10% and rectified this mistake one night before the disbursement of this variable pay. When came for campus recruitment no bond or service agreement was mentioned but at the time of on-boarding signed 18 months of service agreement under the name of training and development activities.
