Pros

There’s opportunities to travel, and my colleagues are the best!

Cons

Frequent redundancies leave teams under resourced and overworked. No respect for work/life balance from senior leadership. Progression opportunities are extremely limited and the salary is poor.

Pros

If you work on a great team, it drastically improves your day to day. They also do pay more than other conglomerates like Heart and Meredith.

Cons

Burnout is easy. ELT is heartless and it diminishes the passion of the work. They’re obsessed with money and don’t care who they have to lay off to get there. No upward growth, cutthroat competition, hard-to-reach KPIs. Very white
