Pros

Competitive benefits, work life balance, and looks great on a resume.

Cons

Conde was slow to optimize video for sales and is playing catch up, which leads to lots of strategy shifts which ultimately lead to layoffs/reorganizations. The holidays around always feel like a time of uncertainty in terms of job stability/security, which is when the company lets lots of employees go.

Pros

Was a great company with a great reputation but a far cry from what it once was. C-suite mgmnt drove this company into the ground.

Cons

Upper mgmnt out of touch withthe business units. They sit on top floor of company and never get their hands dirty with setting strategy ot getting involved in the businesss.
