Pros

You get to know so much about the world of fashion that a normal person can't even comprehend that much knowledge...In general, great people, great location salaries are not bad.

Cons

Management needs an overhaul in there understanding of Human capital. other than a couple of people everyone else is nothing more than toilet paper, can be thrown out any time.. salaries are good but no parity. Purposefully don't let the process run the company and everything runs on whims and fancies of a couple of people.

Pros

Good exposure to luxury industry and a great brand to have on your CV

Cons

Not a great paymaster and not much of employee benefits. People working in the organization since many year don't want to accept new ones. Highly political and they are not upto speed with new age media.

Pros

Talented staff and best in print (for what that's worth these days)

Cons

Still best in print but not a leader in digital. Financial woes have made the corporate climate tense. Commitment to diversity is only lip service.
