Pros

Great coworkers, last creative media legacy company standing. Awesome events.

Cons

Low awful pay. HR is quite literally the worst and protects senior leaders at all cost. Never going to receive industry competitive pay and every lay off (now like 5-6 a year) you take on someone else's job.

Pros

There’s nothing here to boast about or take pride in.

Cons

This 100-year-old organization has completely gone downhill under the current Indian management – a pack of clueless, directionless Indian management who have no clue how to lead or even follow their own policies. They flip-flop on decisions, create chaos with zero accountability, and operate without any ethics or direction. It's a circus with no ringmaster. Don’t waste your time, effort, or career potential here. You deserve better than dealing with this bunch of inept clowns.
