Pros

I really don’t have anything to highlight here

Cons

The company’s leadership culture is deeply concerning. There appears to be a pattern of behavior where poor treatment of employees is normalized, and at times even worn as a point of pride. This creates an unhealthy and demoralizing work environment. A consistent lack of integrity and emotional intelligence among leadership makes it difficult to build trust or feel supported. Decisions often come across as self-serving, with little regard for employee well-being or perspective. Overall, the leadership approach feels disconnected, lacking empathy, and undermines both morale and long-term organizational success.

Pros

great place to get your hands dirty. lot's of opportunity because they don't like to pay their people well so you're able to hop around wherever and try on many hats. If you look at it from the perspective of learning a lot about what you're interested a leg up in your career that could get you onto the next thing, go for it. The food is good in the cafeteria,

Cons

constant re-orgs. higher ups quit often. I myself had 5 different managers in the 2 years I was there. The first manager was gatekeeping, I had more experience than him but he was actively trying to not have his team members succeed. Insecure/anxious management style. Overall, management has little to no management training and its not something they cherish and want to work on. No one talks to each other from other departments, its often frowned upon. This means multiple people are doing the same job and don't know each other. "Hybrid" but theres no assigned desks so good luck finding a quite room to do calls in. More workers than desks.
