Pros

There are some fantastic people that work at Conde Nast and working with them was a pleasure.

Cons

Getting anything done at CN is an exercise in futility, the layers of approvals and amount of people you have to go through to gain approval on even the most minute of projects is problematic at best. CN has also become a company that doesn't value its employees, people are leaving left and right and nothing is done to retain really good talent. It seems that more emphasis is being put on employees physically being at their desks/in office, than on solving real problems that would help the company run more efficiently and/or more profitably.

Pros

nothing much in particular just like any other IT company

Cons

Salary is paid huge in the time of joining, but organization is in Question mark as we keep hearing they are not doing good in business. Too many layoff , people in leadership are totally biased , leadership itself is so confused about their vision .No much scope for growth repetitive work and expect new technology for no reason. Engineering team is worst managed micro management, discrimination is at the core level .No job safety . Developers are quitting they are overloaded , there are no clear job architecture , designation, they never promote in house employee rather hire new one.

Pros

decent work life balance, office location in good

Cons

company has gone downhill since the time I joined. after the recent layoffs there is such a toxic environment. Projects are shutting down left and right. employees are kept in the dark about it. most of the experienced developers are leaving and management has no clue what it is supposed to do. almost no additional benefits and boomer mentality.
