Pros

If employed, you collect a paycheck.

Cons

Throughout the entire merger/acquisition of Webhelp into Concentrix (CNX] in the USA, CNX did not provide any regular cadence of communication to any Webhelp employee below a VP title. Even this information was limited and not regular. This made it very difficult for the actual Webhelp employees working on projects and initiatives to understand what was happening in the organization, or what would happen to their position upon the merger completion. When meetings were held, CNX managers were indifferent to Webhelp leaders and employees and insensitive to their pending employment separations. The leadership has laid almost all Webhelp people off now, so many without notice and/or without any form of severance. They appear to be indifferent to their employees, though they've adopted the model 'Think Human'.

Cons

was told would be working evenings and weekends and that was fine , asked about days off and was told is the exception that they are not together, just as training was over was told the days off are NOT together and start time and days off will change every week. training was reading and very little class review. was very had to learn from just reading an article. if you are on a call and need help you are lucky if you get a response and the only help is in a chat room and takes time to get an answer all while the customer is waiting. get a help desk you can call for help not just a chat that MAYBE you will get help from
