Pros

- Salary higher than average - Meal card with 167€per month

Cons

The management of this company is super toxic and manipulative, and they lie so much that they should apply for the Oscar's. This company rather covers criminals/employees who do illegal activities than keep the good, loyal ones. They bully the good and hard-working employees out of the companies. In one project for a German bank, there was an employee who stole more than 40k€ from that bank. It was the bank itself who discovered this fraud and confronted Concentrix. Concentrix didn't fire this employee immediately after the interrogation with him but kept him long enough to even pay him his final salary. This bank even wanted him to be sued in Germany but Concentrix didn't hand him out to the authorities in Germany. This is not the first time that Concentrix was covering bad/malicious employees. There are cases where ex-employees were SA'ed in the women toilets in another project, employees were extremely sexually and/or physically harassed and were reported many times by employees from different departments. I really recommend you to look for a company that really stick to their own guidelines and policies. The management only support ppl who they really like and is best friends with them, regardless of their work performance or criminal record. They keep back the salary of sincere and hard-working employees even after being confronted with evidence and the labour law itself

Repetitive Work: Dealing with similar issues daily can feel monotonous after a while, which may impact job satisfaction. Pros

- Type of contract - brings security and stability; - Nice work to perform, since it's not mechanical or hard; - Salary; - Colleagues that make a good work environment.

Cons

- Reporting culture, which creates a bad work environment; - Improper and unfair promotions; - Controlling environment, taking flexibility away from the employees; - Lack of recognition of good agents, creating conditions where the same standard has to be met by every employee, which also results in lack of engagement from the worker side; - Lack of flexibility from the perspective of where the job can be performed, obliging workers to come into the office and not allowing work from home or a hybrid model; - Office location is not very accessible; - No future work outlook, unstable working condition.
