The employees are great and really have a sense of ownership with their assigned accounts

Cons

Very low pay, well below market standards. Make unreasonable demands and try to push out those who have a higher salary. Management does not treat their employees well and is extremely cheap. There is a very poor morale and no loyalty to the company because of the lack of trust they have with management and the broken promisess

Good people in local office (although they are leaving in a hurry for better pay, better environment and better opportunities for growth). Paychecks didn't bounce My office had a nice view

Cons

On the whole, Concentrix has grown rapidly through acquisition and done a very poor job of understanding and assimilating the organizations they acquire. The result is an executive team that liberally touts revenue successes. All the while, they are oblivious that as they speed ahead, the wheels are falling off the car. Generally speaking employees are under-appreciated, under-paid compared to similar positions locally and viewed as easily replaced. The result is a workforce that is inclined to do just enough to meet expectations and marginal overall performance.
