The people and work environment at CC make it an enjoyable place to work. It's a constantly changing dynamic where it's clear (on most occassions) that the management are striving to improve how CC operates and delivers at every turn.

Cons

Sometimes the changes come thick and fast which can be overwhelming.

Some of the best people in the business, good leadership from management, good one team approach to problems. Good Christmas parties

Cons

Pay/benefits often less competitive than they might be. Immature in some areas of their service delivery but certainly moving towards plugging those gaps.

it was ok to begin with then things went downhill

manager was understanding of sometimes having to work from home when my child was ill or i couldn't get into work because of train problems.

Cons

manager always left us in the dark about matters concerning the team. didn't feel like they were interested in our career progression. too much managers for the same team and some of them didn't even know what they were doing.
