Pros

Only hybrid mode is good here.

Cons

First of all - salary is worst compared to IT market. -Management people are pathetic, no one is going to listen you there. -senior staff are rude , even though they are going help you, they will brag about it all the time. - you won’t learn anything in this organisation, only you can earn some experience , that’s it.
