Pros

Other people in your team are likely to feel the same as you.

Cons

Terrible management, very clicky, you can work your absolute socks off but if you’re not friends with someone in management you’re not getting the job. They have a system called winning together to rate yourself over the past 12 months and if the manager agrees you are performing well you will get a minute pay rise ( they usually find some reason or another not to give people even that, using excuses such as changing roles therefore not being eligible) They will ask you to step up and cover/manage a team but there will be no pay rise or job title change. They cut heads all of the time to save their money but when asking for overtime they say there is no budget even though your short staffed due to them being selfish. They work people to the bone and expect them to still achieve 100% quality checks. Pay is less than any other company for the same role. They will promise you the world and not give you it.
