Common Thread Collective is an incredible place to work. If you are interested in becoming an expert in the eCommerce space and getting to work with the best brands in the world, look no further than Common Thread Collective. Pros include: - Great leadership - Advancement / career opportunities - An entrepreneurial environment where you can bring your ideas to life - Good compensation - Opportunities to discuss and share feedback with peers and supervisors leading to growth and improvement - Incredible brand partners across a variety of industries What has kept me here for the last 7.5 years has been the incredibly smart leadership team and the collaborative nature of everyone on the team. Additionally the learning environment the team has fostered provides employees with the opportunity to expand their skillset each and every day. I often refer to the last 7 years as my MBA. If you are thinking about joining the team at CTC, I couldn't recommend it more. The work is challenging but that makes it so much more rewarding.
