Pros

Common Thread Collective is by far the best company to work for! No only are you motivated to perform at you highest potential for the company, but that you are motivated to perform at your highest potential for yourself! You TRULY feel that you are part of the team here, and that you are a MAJOR asset to the company! Common Thread Collective ALWAYS makes sure you are taken care of and given the tools to succeed! I am part of a family community here and that is one of the best feelings!

Cons

I have nothing but AMAZING things to say!

Pros

Working at CTC has been a great experience. Definitely, the best job I have had by a long shot. I have learned a ton working here and met some great people.

Cons

If you don't like pushing yourself and want to skate by then this place is probably not the best place for you.

Pros

Working at CTC has been nothing short of a life-enhancing experience. Everything including the people, the culture, and the leadership is incredible. There are literally leaders everywhere you look, whether you're talking about the founding partners, the Sr. employees, or even the newest employees, everybody does their part in ensuring that CTC is always performing at its highest collective ability. There are so many opportunities to learn, grow, and achieve your dreams here and you will never feel anything short of 100% support from every single employee.

Cons

Everybody here is expected to be accountable. Whether you just started or are a founding partner, you are expected to take responsibility immediately and be accountable for your own growth and CTC's success. If you don't like accountability, autonomy, and want to fly under the radar then this is probably not your best bet.
