Pros

I've worked in many industries and at several different brands/agencies and I've never come across a place like this. The partners treat everyone like entrepreneurs and push incredibly hard for us to accomplish our dreams. We work with rad clients and get to develop several different skills and traits. The culture is incredible and it's clear that the hiring process focuses on great people who work really hard. I've made several new best friends since working here. We are growing like crazy but it still feels like family.

Cons

Honestly, none, We work a ton but I don't see anyone complaining. We all really love being around each other.

Pros

You're probably thinking the same thing I was thinking when I first looked up Common Thread Collective, "How can it be possible that one company has nothing but 5-star reviews? Are they fake? How much are they paying for reviews? Is this some kind of weird cult?" The answer is no to all three. I can honestly say after working here that the hype is real. Working at CTC is a dream come true to me. There is a great sense of belonging within the office where everyone is appreciated and celebrated for their own unique gifts and talents. There is a comradery and friendship you feel here that is unlike any other place I've ever worked and it is felt and shared by people at the very top of the organization all the way down to those who just walked through the doors. Management is active and invested in your development both as an employee and as a human. Many companies talk about how they are people first and put their employees above everything else, but this one lives that mantra on a daily basis.

Cons

You can at times work long hours but that is offset by the extremely generous PTO policy.

Pros

This is without a doubt the best company I will ever work for. I had heard this place was amazing but actually being apart of it is something special. CTC's mission is to "Help entrepreneurs achieve their dreams." I remember reading that and thinking it was pretty cool but wondering how important it really was in the day-to-day. Turns out that concept drives the whole operation. It's apart of how we make decisions, how we relate to clients, and how we approach our daily task lists. Employees at CTC are all pretty genuine people that are fun to be around. The leadership team shows how much they care by taking the time out of their day to encourage you, give advice and teach you on your accounts and benefits are amazing.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any...snacks run out every once and a while...but I know they will be filled again soon ;)
