A rare opportunity…

Pros

The partners at CTC are some of the greatest people you will ever meet. They are smart, humble and oh so kind! It's great to see a company who cares so much about their employees and they are constantly trying to maintain a positive culture while battling growing pains. CTC shows they actually care about employees through generous benefits (4 weeks pto, 3% 401k matched, health benefits) and they literally help employees achieve their dreams.

Cons

Don't expect to go anywhere during the holiday season.

Pros

I'll start by saying if I were one of our copywriters, this review would probably be much better, cause they're the best. I'm relatively new to the company and I honestly feel so lucky to have found it. From the moment I interviewed I felt like I was part of a network of best friends/family that they actually welcomed me into. And that was just the first interview! First and foremost, this company values the people... and that's what you find here... great people! The company is so transparent which means you're never left wondering where you stand or what shape the company is in. They celebrate you as an individual and only want to see you succeed. Some companies say that, but they actually mean it! And you see proof of it every day in the partners and managers actions. When the owners are passionate about the company it makes for such a great environment, and it's inspiring just to hear them speak about their own dreams of where they want to see the company go. We get to talk to a licensed therapist twice a month to talk about our dreams. OUR dreams! I mean come on! We have the best benefits I've seen. Greatest vacation/holiday time, great health benefits, health and wellness reimbursements, dream funds, awesome parties, etc.... It's almost strange how nice they are to us! I feel like I'm talking about a cult whenever I bring CTC up to a friend: "It's awesome, the people are great, they believe in our dreams, join us... blah blah blah" but honestly, if you're smart, you'd drink the Kool-Aid. I seriously cannot wait to see where CTC goes. Sky's the limit! (I literally just asked the copywriters if there is an apostrophe there).

Cons

There are growing "pains"... but I hate to even use that word. The company was small... now it's getting bigger. Plain and simple. Sooo.... this isn't even a con, but it's new!

Pros

CTC is a place where culture and relationships are the driving factors in helping the business grow. It's a company in which creativity is encouraged and everyone has an opportunity to contribute far beyond what is expected based on experience and age. The upper management has created an extremely motivating work environment that fosters connection, passion and ultimately drives success. Not to mention a place where everyone's individual + collective dreams are important and each team member's voice is valued.

Cons

Process creation can be frustrating but will ultimately lead to more efficient business practices moving forward.
