Above all else, here's what makes CTC an amazing place to work: the ethos of the leadership is seriously, sincerely, honestly, really, truly a dedication to serving the employees. This has been true in my experience at CTC as well as nearly everyone else I've known there. This amounts to all kinds of wonderful things on a daily basis, but beyond that, it means that this attitude trickles down throughout the culture, where employees are just as constantly looking to serve one another. I've left CTC, but am staying connected to it in my current job. And at this point it's really hard to imagine leaving.

Title says it all. This is the best place I've ever worked because they're not kidding around about their employees coming first. Lots of "cool" employers pay lip service to this idea, but it's a stone cold reality at CTC. If you work here, you'll be part of an incredible group of people. And, lest I forget - great benefits; interesting, varied work; lots of opportunity to grow. Two Thumbs Up.
