Pros

-TMYD Program -Close-knit company -Skilled with Facebook Ads

Cons

-Don't follow their key pillars -Claim they are transparent, they are not -Most employees had to apply SEVERAL times to get a job there, something they are quick to boast about

Our Internship/Second Life program is meant to provide a fixed, robust training opportunity for eager entrepreneurs to learn the ins and outs of a digital sales agency. As much as the experience is meant to provide you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to hone a craft on platform, CTC strives to take it one step further and care for all of its entrepreneurs along the way. You are deeply disappointed with your experience here and we are equally deeply disappointed to know that we left you with that impression of us. We are committed to doing better and being better.

Putting the Cult in Culture

Pros

You’ll learn that you deserve better

Cons

Impossible standards, endless pressure. Profit above everything. Inexperienced leadership. Speed and AI trump quality. Highly polished LinkedIn videos about the culture are nowhere near the reality.

Pros

Exposure to well known DTC brands Remote setup You’ll learn, but mostly by being thrown into the fire

Cons

Extremely toxic hustle culture. You’re expected to work late nights and weekends with no appreciation. No proper onboarding. You’re left alone to figure everything out, then blamed if things go wrong. Managers are more focused on performance numbers than on people. High pressure, low empathy. Feedback often comes in the form of passive aggressive comments or public shaming. Promotions are rare, and recognition is reserved for a few favorites. Junior team members are overworked and underpaid, while leadership celebrates vanity metrics. Not a supportive place if you’re looking to grow your skills with mentorship, it’s sink or swim. Collaboration is minimal. It’s every person for themselves.
