When there is passion behind any entrepreneurs impressions of CTC, we welcome the feedback. We failed in your experience here and I am personally so sorry for that. It’s clear that our efforts to live into our mission and values fell short in your eyes. While I’m unable to do anything to have made your time here more meaningful, trust that we are taking your perspective and shared insights to heart, putting them to work.

Pros

I got my first job when I was 15. Since then, I've worked for many different companies across many different industries. Some did culture really well and most employees seemed happy and fulfilled. At others, employees dreaded coming to work with burn out rampant from the entry level positions to upper management. I’ve been at CTC for just over five months and I feel confident in saying that my time here, so far, has been nothing short of life changing. Both personally and professionally, I’m learning how to dream and believe in what could be possible for my life. I am genuinely excited to come to work everyday and I leave feeling challenged, encouraged, and invested in (usually). When I tell my friends and family about work, I tell them that, honestly, I don't think I'll ever work for a better company or one that's more invested in the people who work there. I quit a full-time management position to be an intern and in hindsight, it looks like one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Cons

From my experience, there have been no cons to working at CTC. That said, I think it's important to note that not everyone will thrive working here. For people that are just looking for a place to clock in and clock out, this may not be the best fit. Being willing to work hard and buying in to the culture and community of CTC is a vital part of being happy here.

Pros

It was great at first, the onboarding is very thorough. And you have a lot of information to digest really fast. You become better at your job

Cons

Toxic and borderline delusional positively. It’s a heavily left company. They preach family but will lay off a whole department in the blink of an eye with little to no compensation or care.
