      Cons

      Too many layers of management to affect change. Multiple company cultures and identities through acquisitions. High attrition rate of key personnel.

      Great people, poor executive management.

      Pros

      The employees all want to improve themselves and serve their customers well.

      Cons

      Upper management provides little direction and seems desperate to keep up with technology trends. Healthcare is double that at my previous employer. Other benefits are average at best. Upward mobility is by who you know, not what you know. Totally good ole boy network.

      - All decisions being made out of Nth Carolina - Australian offices have no control of their business - Unable to compete on with cheaper vendors in SEA area - Reactive to the telecommunications market - Unable to manage product inventory and delivery promised shipments - Zero focus on employee growth - No team culture and engagement - Poor Management - Continually discussing recruiting millennial's yet have nothing to offer them
